Vertical Flower-shaped Barrel Take-up Machine
The Flower Pattern Barrel Take-up Machine is designed for high-speed wire and cable extrusion lines. It is used for automatic wire collection into paper barrels with an overlapping flower-pattern winding method, ensuring neat and compact wire packing.
Equipped with S7-1200 PLC control system, 7-inch HMI touch screen and MD520 variable frequency drive, the machine provides automatic meter counting, barrel changing, wire storage and safety protection functions. The automatic conveying system and vibration compaction device improve production efficiency and barrel filling capacity.
