Characteristics and Performance
- High-speed design with bearings featuring short-term ultra-high-speed performance
- Full complement ceramic ball bearing structure with fill holes and without cage for greater load capacity
- Open fit and larger radial clearance to accommodate significant acceleration
- Utilization of high-purity alloy steel and special heat treatment processes significantly enhances impact resistance (providing protection against damage more than 10 times over)
- Inner ring coated with molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant to prevent seizure or adhesion between rotor shaft diameter and inner diameter of protective bearing under high speed and large acceleration conditions
- Corrosion-resistant treatment on both inner and outer rings prevents rusting and failure due to prolonged periods of non-operation
