PFA 340 Flame retardant heat stable grade creep resistance chemical resistance low wear
PFA (Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene resin), also known as perfluoroalkoxy vinyl polymer, is similar to the copolymerization modification of PTFE by perfluoroalkoxy vinyl. It offers excellent chemical resistance and low friction properties.
Key Applications:
- Pipes and fittings: Can be machined into straight pipes, fittings, diaphragms, bushings and pipe linings of all sizes. Used in high-purity and ultra-high-purity electronic chemical production.
- Valve and pump lining: Used in sealing parts of ball valves, diaphragms of diaphragm valves, improving service life and reliability.
- Tower and trough lining: PFA sheet can be used for lining large equipment, while injection molding or powder coating is suitable for smaller equipment.
- Hose: PFA tubes offer good transparency for observing material flow.
