Easy production of complex shapes with large tensile ratios. No pre-drying required before thermoforming. Shorter molding cycles and higher yields compared to PC or acrylic.
Easy Processing
Can be sawed, die-cut, drilled, punched, sheared, riveted, milled and cold bent without breaking. Surface scratches removable with heat gun. Suitable for flocking, electroplating, and electrostatic processing.
Multiple Molding Methods
Compatible with extrusion molding, injection molding, and blister molding. Widely used in plastic sheets, heat shrink films, bottles, profiles, and skincare packaging.
High Transparency
