PRODUCTION

The JQHS series pneumatic lifting systems offer five models with distinct performance parameters. The JQHS-5×12 features a 5kN max lifting force (3kN outer layer), 12m/min speed, 2.6kW power, and 3m³/min air consumption with 30m wire capacity. The JQHS-50×12X increases capacity to 50kN/30kN while maintaining 12m/min speed, paired with 16kW power, 18.3m³/min air use, and 120m wire. For higher speeds, the JQHS-50×20X delivers 70kN/50kN lifting force at 20m/min with identical power and air consumption as the 50×12X but 150m wire. Heavy-duty options include the JQHS-100×10X (100kN/70kN, 10m/min, 30kW, 25.6m³/min, 200m wire) and JQHS-150×6X (150kN/100kN, 6m/min, same power/air as 100×10X). All models operate at 0.8MPa intake pressure, balancing efficiency with robust load capacities across industrial applications.
