Manufactured from 304V stainless steel on Citizen L20 Swiss lathes with ±0.003mm tolerance and electropolished finish. The ultra-fine diameter with annular groove provides secure wire/spring retention in minimally invasive catheter designs. Each shaft is 100% optically inspected with laser micrometer and vision measurement system. Suitable for guidewire core wires, catheter pull wires, and micro-surgical instrument shafts.
