The TRCD Series Vertical Cutting Dryer is a specialized industrial drying system designed for efficient solids separation in drilling operations. This vertical centrifuge equipment features advanced air knife technology and delivers high-performance treatment capabilities for oilfield slurry and drilling waste management.
Operating Principle
Drilling cuttings enter through the top opening and are processed using centrifugal force generated by the rotating screen module. The liquid component exits through side openings while solid phase material discharges from the bottom outlet. The system achieves moisture content of 6-10% in output materials, eliminating free-flowing water for easier transportation.
