Clay heat insulation brick is made of fire clay as the main raw material of AL2O3 content of 30%-48% heat insulation refractory products. The production process adopts burnt-out additive method and foam method. The product with bulk density of 0.3-1.5g/cm3 was prepared by using fireclay, bleach bead and fireclay clinker as raw materials, adding binder and sawdust, mixing, forming, drying and firing.
