Green Medium Alumino-Silicate Glass (CHIYAN-M1) is manufactured using the Float Glass Process. This involves heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium in a furnace. When melted, the mixture is spread over a bed of molten tin and slowly solidifies as it moves through an annealing oven, producing a continuous smooth ribbon of glass.
Temperature ≤30℃, humidity ≤65% (no condensation). Shelf life is 6 months from delivery date.
