CHIYAN-H1 High Alumino-Silicate Glass is produced using the Float Glass Process. Raw materials including silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium are heated in a furnace, then spread over a bed of molten tin. The mixture solidifies during controlled cooling, forming a continuous smooth ribbon of glass.
