Lithium aluminosilicate glass achieves superior stress and strain depth compared to conventional soda-lime glass through increased Al₂O₃ content and enhanced ion exchange capacity.
CHIYAN-H2 glass is manufactured using the float glass process, where raw materials including silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium are melted and spread over molten tin to create a continuous, smooth ribbon of high-quality glass.
Primarily used as protective cover glass for high-end consumer electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, and advanced touch displays.
Temperature ≤30°C, humidity ≤65% (no condensation), shelf life: 6 months from delivery date.
