CHIYAN-H1 High Alumino-Silicate Glass is manufactured using the Float Glass Process. This involves heating raw materials—silica sand, limestone, soda ash, and magnesium—in a furnace. The molten mixture is spread over a bed of molten tin and slowly solidifies as it moves through controlled cooling rollers, producing a continuous smooth ribbon of glass.
