This rubber mixing machine with exposed rollers is designed for rubber factories to prepare plasticized rubber, mixed rubber, or heat-cured and extruded materials. The main working components consist of two hollow rollers or drilling rollers that rotate inward in different directions. The front roller (operator side) can be adjusted horizontally, while the rear roller remains fixed. Both rollers typically have the same dimensions but rotate at different speeds to create strong shearing action for effective mastication or mixing. This machine is also suitable for plastics processing applications.
