Small Open Rubber Mixing Machine for Silicone Rubber
This rubber mixing machine features exposed rollers designed for preparing plasticized rubber, mixed rubber, or heat-cured and extruded materials. The main components consist of two hollow rollers rotating inward in opposite directions. The front roller (operator side) can be adjusted horizontally, while the rear roller remains fixed. Both rollers operate at different speeds to create strong shearing action for effective mastication or mixing. This machine is also suitable for plastics processing applications.
