Low Temperature Precise Surgical ENT Instruments Tonsillectomy Plasma for Minimally Invasive
This specialized ENT plasma surgical wand is purpose‑built for pediatric tonsillectomy. It provides precise cold‑plasma ablation and hemostasis for children with recurrent acute exacerbations of chronic tonsillitis.Working in the 40‑70 °C low‑temperature range, it inflicts minimal thermal injury to surrounding oropharyngeal tissues, reduces intraoperative bleeding, relieves postoperative throat pain and accelerates recovery for pediatric patients.
- Repeated acute attacks of chronic tonsillitis
- History of abscesses around the tonsils
- Excessive tonsil hypertrophy preventing swallowing, breathing, or affecting eustachian tube function
- Simple III degree hypertrophy or near III degree hypertrophy tonsils
- Benign tonsil tumors
- Bipolar or multipolar cutting, low temperature ablation, resection, hemostasis and coagulation
- Minimally-invasive, safe and reliable operation
- Two ABLATION modes (including channeling, resection, hemostasis and ablation)
- One PLACOAG mode (including hemostatic coagulation)
- Multiple probe types available with customized length, diameter, radian, and energy levels
- Multi-function probe designed for ablation, coagulation, hemostasis and resection
- All functions achieved with single handle and output socket, eliminating frequent probe changes during surgery

The plasma technology generates plasma energy by stimulating NaCl in physiological saline with a 100KHz square wave. High-speed charged particles in the plasma break molecular bonds of human tissue, causing proteins and other tissues to decompose and vaporize into low molecular weight gases including H₂, O₂, CO₂, N₂, and methane.
Under a stable 100KHz square wave electric field, particles achieve extended acceleration time, forming high-speed charged particles with kinetic energy sufficient to break molecular bonds while causing minimal damage to surrounding tissues. Cutting, ablation, and hemostasis procedures are completed within the 40-70℃ temperature range.
