HP096-2864KLBAG01-H30 is a 128x64 resolution COG graphic OLED display module with a diagonal size of 0.96 inch. This consumer-grade model offers competitive pricing while maintaining quality performance.
The module features built-in SSD1315 IC and supports both I2C and 3-wire/4-wire SPI serial interfaces. With a logic supply voltage of 3V and display supply voltage of 7.5V, it operates at a driving duty of 1/64. The module supports both internal Charge Pump supply and external VCC supply.
This 0.96 inch COG Graphic OLED module is ideal for wearable devices, smart home applications, and similar uses. It operates within a temperature range of -30℃ to +70℃, with the same range for storage temperatures.
