Zhongshen’s PP2 Egg Collection Belt is a high-strength, durable conveyor designed for automated layer farms and hatcheries. It is woven from 100% new high-tenacity nylon yarn, providing superior tensile strength and abrasion resistance. The belt features a unique parallel-stripe weave that creates friction to gently secure eggs and reduce collisions, minimizing breakage. In fact, rigorous testing shows an egg breakage rate under 0.3%. Compared to conventional egg belts, the PP2 model offers exceptional longevity and reliable operation.

Engineered for tough farm conditions, this belt is UV-stabilized and can endure a wide temperature range (about –30°C to 80°C) with minimal wear. Its nylon yarn structure is also highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and other farm chemicals. Cleaning and maintenance are simplified: rinse the belt with cold water only (no detergents or warm water). By streamlining the egg collection process and significantly reducing damaged eggs, Zhongshen PP2 helps improve productivity and lower operating costs on poultry farms.
