As a result, sewn or ultrasonically welded seams are particularly strong and durable. In practice, the PP2 belt consistently shows very low breakage (under 0.3%), keeping egg loss to a minimum.
Built for long-term performance, the PP2 is UV-stabilized and anti-static, and it resists common farm chemicals and moisture. It operates effectively across about -30°C to +80°C, far beyond normal farm temperature swings. Cleaning is straightforward: simply rinse the belt with cold water (no chemicals needed).
