Production Description

The Zhongshen Poultry Manure Belt is an automated manure conveyor belt designed for efficient manure removal in poultry farms. Constructed from high-quality polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) with UV and chemical-resistant additives, the belt delivers high tensile strength, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its smooth, low-friction surface moves droppings effortlessly under layer or broiler cages. Engineered for extreme conditions, the belt stays flexible and crack-free even below –40°C. Installed beneath each tier of cages, it continuously transports manure to the end of the house, where it’s scraped off into collection areas. This automated operation greatly reduces manual labor and maintains a clean environment – daily removal means less ammonia and fresher air in the barns.
