Solar Module Laminating Machine Overview
This electric-driven thermal film sheet hot laminating machine utilizes advanced cold extrusion technology for solar module production lines. The equipment operates on hot-pressing principles, processing multiple material layers including photovoltaic cells, glass, backsheets, and encapsulation films within its working chamber.
Through precise temperature and pressure application by upper and lower heating plates, the encapsulation film melts and flows to fill all gaps between material layers. After controlled cooling and solidification, all layers bond tightly to form complete, well-sealed photovoltaic modules.
