Solar Module Lamination Machine
This industrial-grade automatic flat tile laminating machine operates on advanced hot-pressing technology principles. Multiple material layers including photovoltaic cells, glass, backsheets, and encapsulation films are precisely positioned within the laminator's working chamber.
Through precisely controlled temperature and pressure application from upper and lower heating plates, maintained for specific durations, the encapsulation film melts and flows to completely fill all inter-layer gaps. Following controlled cooling and solidification, all material layers form a tightly bonded, completely sealed photovoltaic module with superior durability and performance.
