The Z070WV01-CT is a high-performance 7-inch TFT LCD module featuring a Projected Capacitive Touch Panel (PCAP) with a resolution of 800x480 pixels. Equipped with the EK79713CA and EK73202AB2 driver ICs, this LCD module supports a 24-bit RGB interface and includes a DC-to-DC function for efficient power management. It offers an impressive contrast ratio of 800:1 (typical) and a brightness of 400 nits (typical), ensuring vivid and clear display quality. The aspect ratio is 16:9, and it features a normally white, transmissive LCD type with a viewing direction of 12H and grayscale inversion direction of 6H.
The integrated Projected Capacitive Touch Panel is powered by the GT911 IC, which supports an I2C interface for seamless communication. The module operates on a logic supply voltage (VCC) ranging from 3.0V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V. Designed for reliable performance, the Z070WV01-CT operates within a temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃ and can be stored in temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
