The Z050WV20-CT is a 5 inch TFT LCD module with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:9. This TFT module is equipped with a projected capacitive touch screen and adopts IPS display technology, providing wider viewing angles of 85 degrees in all directions (left, right, up, and down). It features a built-in ST7265 driver IC and supports a 24-bit RGB interface.
The module's dimensions are 120.7*76.3 mm, with an active area size of 108 × 64.8 mm. It includes a projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP) with a GT911 driver IC, supporting I2C interfaces and 5-point touch functionality. The power supply voltage ranges from 3.1V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V.
