East DPR Self-Balancing Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump 1360 m³/h Flow 1000m Head for Boiler Feed Water Systems
The DP series horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps are single-suction, multi-stage, self-balancing pumps designed as replacements for D-type horizontal multi-stage pumps. These industrial pumps feature a wide operating range, excellent cavitation performance, stable operation, minimal wearing parts, high reliability, and low maintenance costs. Models with an "S" suffix incorporate a first-stage double-suction structure for enhanced cavitation performance.
These products comply with GB/T5657 Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps (III) Type, MT/T114-2005 Multi-stage Centrifugal Pumps for Coal Mines, and GB/T3216 Acceptance Tests for Rotodynamic Pumps - Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3.
- DP-type: Transporting clean water without solid particles (temperature below 80°C) or liquids with similar physical/chemical properties
- DP-M type: Handling neutral mine water and similar sewage with solid particle content ≤1.5%, particle size ≤1.3mm, temperature below 80°C
- DP-F type: Transporting corrosive liquids without solid particles (temperature below 80°C) with material selection based on medium
- DP-Y type: Moving oil-based media without solid particles (temperature below 80°C, viscosity
- DP-R type: Handling clean water without solid particles (temperature not exceeding 105°C)
- Reliable Self-Balancing Structure: Symmetrically-arranged impellers cancel axial forces without balance disc
- Advanced Technology: New throttle pressure-reducing device reduces leakage and improves efficiency
- Enhanced Sealing: Balance structure prevents excessive pressure in mechanical seal and packing chambers
- Superior Cavitation Resistance: First-stage impeller and double-suction impeller design for high NPSH requirements
- Reliable Mechanical Seal: No axial movement of pump rotor ensures mechanical seal reliability
- Low Maintenance: Elimination of failure-prone balance disc reduces maintenance frequency and costs
- High Efficiency: Well-centered impellers and diffusers prevent efficiency decline from wear
- Versatile Media Handling: Material customization for transporting solid particles, oil, and corrosive substances
For self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pumps with first-stage single-suction structure, the suction port is horizontal (vertically upward for DP-R), and the discharge port is vertically upward. Pump sections are connected via tightening bolts, allowing head adjustment by modifying stage count.
The rotor assembly includes first-stage impeller, impellers, throttle bushings, back-impellers, and shaft sleeves. Bearing system uses "one-end fixed, one-end floating" grease-lubricated structure with cylindrical roller bearing at driving end and angular contact ball bearings at non-driving end for residual axial force.
The first-stage double-suction impeller minimizes net positive suction head requirements and enhances cavitation resistance. Pump rotation is clockwise when viewed from prime mover side.
