Features

1. The ultrasonic welding head seals the bag material. After the encoder calculates the length of the bag, the cutter cuts it from the center of the sealing.

2. Close the protective cover door, reset all emergency stop buttons, turn on the main power switch, turn on the power control switch, and the power indicator light is on.

3. Turn on the power supply and air source, adjust the machine, install all shields and close all door panels of the machine;

4. Center the material guide and set the product length.Pressure tightening adjustment: the push speed is controlled by the air pressure of the triple air source.

5. When packing the machine, please confirm whether the machine is in good condition and whether the accessories equipped with the machine are complete. 

The pressure of the cylinder is not easy to be too large or too small, too large material strip will be cut and deformed and uneven; too small cannot cut off the tight effect. 

6. The machine adopts 380V voltage and 50Hz frequency, and users can maintain it according to the electrical schematic diagram.

7. The machine must be grounded separately.

8. Except for the needs of cleaning, maintenance and adjustment, the door and shield of the electrical box must be closed and installed properly, please do not open or remove it at will.

9. Professionals should regularly check the insulation condition of the electrical box and the tightening condition of all parts of the electrical appliance.

10. If the equipment runs abnormally, it must be repaired by professional electrical technicians or electricians.

11. Before operating this equipment, you must read the operation manual and the operating instructions of related electrical components in detail, and must not operate it arbitrarily, and unauthorized operators cannot operate it.

12. After pressing the emergency stop switch, the machine will stop running immediately.
