ASTM A213 is a standard specifically for seamless steel tubes used in heat exchange equipment operating under high pressure and high temperature conditions.
Tubes manufactured according to this standard are widely used in boilers, superheaters, reheaters, heat exchangers, condensers, and other similar equipment.
ASTM A213 TP347H seamless tubes are particularly suitable for power plant boilers.
This is because 347H material is suitable for environments with high-temperature steam, long-term operation, where post-weld heat treatment is not possible, and where the temperature is within the creep temperature range.
