ASME SA334 GR.6 Carbon Steel,Low Temperature,Seamless Tube For Condenser Tube Bundle, Boiler, Heat Exchanger, Condenser, Superheater, HRSG
ASME SA334 Gr.6 seamless pipe is a type of carbon steel pipe used in cryogenic applications. Its main difference from other grades of the same standard is that it is nickel-free, resulting in lower costs, and it is suitable for temperatures above -45°C.
The material has excellent weldability and has undergone hydrostatic or non-destructive testing to ensure safety and reliability in the manufacture of heat exchange equipment or pressure pipelines.
It is used in almost all well-known LNG, polar oil and gas, and large-scale chemical projects.
| Chemical Composition | ||

| Sulfur (S) | ≤ 0.025 | |
| Silicon (Si) | 0.10 - 0.35 | |
| Copper (Cu) | ≥ 0.40 (min) | When specified as Copper-bearing steel |
| Aluminum (Al) | ≥ 0.02 (min) | For grain refinement, may be used in place of silicon killing |

Application:
- Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Systems: LNG receiving terminals, liquefaction units, storage tanks, and external pipelines.
- Air Separation Equipment: Pipeline transportation of liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon.
- Cryogenic Refrigeration Engineering: Such as ethylene and propylene refrigeration systems.
- Outdoor Pipelines in Cold Regions
