Technical Engineering & Design Standards

Design Pressure: shell-side design pressure of 5 barg.

Temperature Resilience: design temperature for the shell side is rated at 150°C.

Seismic & Wind Load Integrity: The unit is designed in accordance with IBC 2010 for seismic stability and ASCE/SEI 7-22 for wind load resistance.

Material Excellence for Sour Service

To combat the corrosive nature of hydrocarbon condensates and lean glycol fluids, the 01-GA-0204 utilizes premium-grade materials tailored for Sour Service (HIC/SSC) requirements.

Shell & Barrels: SA-516 Gr. 70N
