ASME SA209 Gr.T1A is a seamless carbon-molybdenum alloy steel tube conforming to ASME standards, primarily used for high-temperature pressure components in boilers and superheaters.
A key characteristic of this material is the addition of molybdenum, which enhances its strength and creep resistance at high temperatures, making it superior to ordinary carbon steel.
This steel tube is mainly used in critical components of power plant boilers, such as water-cooled walls, superheaters, and reheaters.
