Yuhong Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers adopt a mature, robust structure, consisting of a cylindrical shell, high-precision tube bundle, tube sheets (fixed or floating), baffles, channel covers, and reinforced nozzles.
Two different media exchange heat without direct contact—one flows through the inner cavity of the tubes (tube side), and the other flows through the annular space between the tube bundle and the shell (shell side). Heat is efficiently transferred through the tube wall, realizing heating, cooling, condensation, or evaporation of the media.
Available in three main configurations to adapt to different working conditions:
- Fixed Tube-Sheet: Simple structure, cost-effective, suitable for clean media and small temperature differences
