Material Specifications
Shell & Channel Shell: Fabricated from ASME SA-387 Grade 5 Class 2 (Chromium-Molybdenum steel plate)
Heat Exchanger Tubes: Features 1,350 seamless tubes. The tube material is ASME SA-213 Grade T22, providing superior resistance to scaling and corrosion.
Tube Sheets: High-integrity ASME SA-336 Grade F22 Class 3 forgings.
Nozzles & Flanges: Utilizing forged ASME SA-182 Grade F5 / F22 to maintain consistent chemical and mechanical compatibility across all welding joints.
Gaskets: High-performance Sigraflex Hochdruck / Spiral Wound Gaskets (SS + Graphite)
