Our API 660 Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Tube Bundles are engineered and manufactured for demanding applications in the petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, refinery, and process industries.

Designed in accordance with applicable API 660 requirements and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements, the tube bundle can be supplied as a complete exchanger bundle or as a replacement component for existing shell-and-tube heat exchangers.

Quality Assurance

The manufacturing process can include material traceability, dimensional inspection, tube-to-tubesheet inspection, NDE, hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing where applicable, PMI and final inspection according to the applicable project specification.

ASME U Stamp certification can be provided for applicable pressure-retaining equipment manufactured under ASME Section VIII requirements.

Customized Tube Bundle

We can manufacture replacement and new tube bundles according to customer drawings, datasheets or existing exchanger dimensions, including tube length, tube OD, wall thickness, tube pitch, number of tubes, tube passes, tubesheet dimensions, baffle arrangement and material specifications.

For petrochemical and refinery projects, the tube bundle can be supplied as part of a complete API 660 shell-and-tube heat exchanger or as an individual replacement bundle.
