Our Technical Requirements

1. After the seat is assembled, the slide adjustment, backrest adjustment, and headrest adjust

    ment should be flexible and reliable, without interference.

2. The outer surface of the seat should be firmly stitched, the stitching part should not allow the

    cable head to be exposed, the seam off line and jumper phenomenon, the surface of the seat

    after assembly should be full and clean, without deformation, discoloration, wrinkling, external

     leakage, decolorization,stains, damage and scratches.

3. The frame and the join parts should be treated with rust prevention, electroplating and chemic

    al treatment should be match factory requirement.

4. Each connection of the seat should be firmly connected and reliable. Each welding component

    shall not have welding dislocation, False welding, missing welding and other defects.

5. The safety of the seat should meet the requirements of GB/T15083-2006.

6. The flame retardant characteristics of all non-metals should meet the requirements of GB8410

    -2006.
