Chill Roll Function
The chill roller rapidly cools molten polymer below its glass transition temperature, forming a uniform glassy cast sheet. Key requirements include:
- Uniform surface temperature with excellent cooling performance
- Stable and consistent quenching operation
- Internal circulation of 30°C cooling water to maintain surface temperature below 60°C
