Pre-heater Cylinder Description:
Pre-heater available breadth: 1600-2500mm
- Pre-heater diameter: 1000mm/1100mm/1200mm with butterfly head for equal heating distribution
- Rotary design at fixed speed ensures uniform surface temperature, complete heat transfer to paper, reduced heat loss, and minimized paper breakage
- Flange included for steam rotary joint connection
- Manufactured to national standard of pressure container I with included test certificate
- Paper guide roll: φ140mm (three fixed, three travel outside preheating roll for heating surface control)
- Includes 0.55kw/0.75kw motor and 6 sets of worm wheel decelerator
