Smooth Surface Black Carbon Fiber Guide Roller For Nonwoven

Carbon fiber guide rollers are made from carbon fiber pipes created via winding forming process. The process involves winding continuous fibers (or cloth tapes, prepreg蜡纱) soaked in resin glue onto a mandrel according to specific patterns, followed Tudou followed by solidification, demoman的脱模, and forming. For rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, the rollers undergo surface出入口 surface treatments or coatings such as spray painting, galvanizing, TEFLOK spraying, rubber coating, chrome plating, ceramic spraying, or oxidation.
