The casting roller adopts strict European manufacturing standards and undergoes multiple welding and heat treatment processes to ensure a strong and reliable overall structure. The specially designed spiral flow channels optimize heat exchange efficiency, with calculated coolant flow rates to minimize surface temperature error and improve product temperature uniformity. Dedicated large-scale dynamic balance calibration equipment ensures smooth high-speed operation.

Producing qualified cast films requires precise process control, with temperature being particularly critical (optimal production temperature: 230~250℃). Proper adjustment of the air knife on the Cooling Roller ensures even film cooling and prevents thickness instability or adhesion issues.
