Resin bond diamond disc/plate which is made by using plastic disc with resin segments for medium & smooth polishing granite marble various stone slab surface in automatic grinding machines or single head polishing machines. The big space between resin segments and even distribution, allow ideal debris removal and avoid dirt retention effectively to prevent the surface of slabs from being scratched. The overall polishing effect can be reached easily if it is used in conjunction with metal bond grinding disc for initial grinding. Our resin polishing disc are approved for their excellent grinding efficiency, high glossiness and low cost, etc. Different formulas of resin segment can be offered, such as sharp type or durable type. Wet use only with sufficient water. Regular diamond grit No.: #500, #800, #1500, #3000. The backer can be customized at your specific request.
