This fickert shape silicon brushes are strong and has longer life time due to the silicon filaments were fixed with strong adhesive. It won’t be bend easily under big pressure and being wear-resisting.For rough polishing, using 24# -80# whose silicon particles are bigger and more aggressive for eroding the granite surface (concave and convex), then using the following grits to remove the scratch and smooth the surface, so the antique finish achieve 5-15 degree. Fickert antique brushes are widely installed on granite / ceramic tile continuous automatic polishing line, usually install 6 pieces on each polishing head.
