ABB TZIDC Intelligent (Smart) Digital Positioner V18345
The ABB TZIDC Intelligent Digital Positioner combines high accuracy, adaptable control functions, and easy commissioning using auto stroke functions. Ideal for mounting on control valves with rotary actuators using standard Namur hardware, it also supports linear control valves. Options include a gauge block and analog/digital feedback.
The standard model TZIDC-100 (V18345) features HART communication and Profibus, while the TZIDC-110 (V18346) includes Profibus and the TZIDC-120 (V18347) supports Fieldbus. Configurable for single or double-acting actuators, it offers fail-safe (open/close) or fail-freeze (hold last position) functionality.
Fully automatic control parameter determination and adaptation to final control elements ensure optimal performance and time savings. Approved for general purpose and hazardous areas with intrinsic barriers, FM/CSA, and ATEX certifications. Manufactured in Germany and supplied by ABB-USA.
