These sensors are used to monitor the casing vibration of large and medium-sized rotating machinery, including steam turbines, water turbines, fans, compressors, turboexpanders, motors and generators, exciters, gearboxes, and water pumps. They are widely applied in industries such as electric power, petroleum, chemicals, and metallurgy, as well as in scientific research institutions.
The Accelerometer 200150 is exclusively used with compatible Transducer Interface Modules (TIMs) in the Trendmaster Pro quasi-continuous online condition monitoring system. The piezoelectric sensing device in the 20015x series accelerometers generates an electric charge when subjected to vibration. These accelerometers feature a wide frequency range and hermetically sealed, stainless steel housing, making them ideal for harsh industrial environments.
This sensor is specifically designed for hydraulic applications to detect vibrations in stator cores, stator frames, and bearing supports. It measures absolute vibration in the frequency range of 0.5 Hz to 1.0 kHz with a sensitivity of 20 mV/(mm/s) (508 mV/(in/s)) ±10%.
