Sungallon and its affiliated companies have an extensive history in the field of Thermoplastic Elastomers. Initially operating as a distributor for LG SBS polymers in 1988, Sungallon transitioned into manufacturing compounds at its own production sites beginning in 2005.

Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.

Supporting sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory. Sungallon has set itself a mission to partner with customers in joint developing tailor-made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS. As a certified supplier for leading toy manufacturers, we adhere to multiple standards that limit the use of certain substances. Our production facilities are engineered to prevent any intermixture of materials, ensuring the integrity and safety of our products.

We employ third-party testing organizations such as SGS, UL-STR or Intertek to verify our compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 or customer's RSS.

Despite being based in China, our outlook is international, and we cater to a global clientele by leveraging our export sales channels and a robust network of distributors worldwide.
