Sungallon and its affiliated companies have an extensive history in the field of Thermoplastic Elastomers. Initially operating as a distributor for LG SBS polymers in 1988, Sungallon transitioned into manufacturing compounds at its own production sites beginning in 2005.

Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, Sungallon produces a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

Our dedicated team includes 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory. We partner with customers to develop tailor-made solutions meeting functional, cost and product safety requirements.

Sungallon is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, with multiple OEM specifications. As a certified supplier for leading manufacturers, we adhere to strict substance limitation standards and maintain production facilities engineered to prevent material intermixture.

We employ third-party testing organizations (SGS, UL-STR, Intertek) to verify compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 and customer RSS standards. Our global perspective supports customers worldwide through export sales and distributor networks.
