Sungallon and its affiliated companies have a long history in the field of Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.

Our production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Our facility includes a dedicated sample storage area that provides complimentary storage of your purchased product samples for 1 to 5 years. We emphasize innovation, having secured numerous patent certifications and established collaborative relationships with academic institutions. With over 15 years of growth, we have garnered a reputation within the TPE/TPR sector.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce materials with hardness ranging from gels to that of polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

We have a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory. Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS standards. As an approved supplier to major toy producers, we comply with Restricted Substance Standards and avoid cross-contamination of materials.

We employ third-party testing organizations (SGS, UL-STR, Intertek) to verify compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 and customer RSS requirements. With a global perspective, we support international customers through our export sales and distributor network.
