Sungallon and its Group companies have a long tradition in Thermoplastic Elastomers. Initially commencing operations as a distributor for LG SBS polymers in 1988, Sungallon advanced to manufacturing compounds in its own establishments by 2005.

Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS. As an approved supplier to major toy producers, we produce according to several Restricted Substance Standards. Our facilities are designed to avoid cross-contamination of material.

To ensure compliance with standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 or our clients' particular Regulatory and Safety Standards (RSS), we engage the services of renowned testing bodies like SGS, UL-STR, and Intertek.
