Sungallon and its affiliated companies have an extensive history in the field of Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.
Our production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.
Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS standards. As an approved supplier to major toy producers, we adhere to strict Restricted Substance Standards.
Our facilities are designed to prevent cross-contamination of materials. We employ accredited third-party testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, and Intertek to confirm compliance with standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 and customer-specific RSS requirements.
