Production Facility
Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year, supported by a team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory.

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS standards. As an approved supplier to major toy producers, we comply with Restricted Substance Standards and employ third-party testing organizations (SGS, UL-STR, Intertek) to verify compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 and customer-specific requirements.
