Sungallon and its affiliated companies have a rich history in the field of Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.

Sungallon's manufacturing and corporate headquarters are situated in Guanlan, a suburban area of Shenzhen. Boasting a turnover of 19.8 million US dollars in 2014, the company stands as the largest producer and distributor of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, Sungallon produces a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year. Our dedicated team includes 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory.

Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, with facilities designed to avoid cross-contamination.

We employ third-party testing organizations such as SGS, UL-STR or Intertek to verify compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 or customer's RSS. With a global perspective, we support international customers through our export sales and distributor network.
