Sungallon's main factory and offices are in Guanlan, a peaceful suburb of Shenzhen with good transport links. It also owns a production site, Sungallon Plastic in Heyuan, covering over 40,000 sqm and employing around 110 people.

Our facility boasts a total of 16 state-of-the-art, fully automated production lines, with a portion of them being manufactured in Europe and Japan, complemented by 4 dedicated sample production lines. This setup is designed to cater to the diverse requirements of various orders. With this infrastructure in place, we can achieve an annual output of up to 40,000 tons.

Our enterprise provides a selection of packaging alternatives for our goods, available in two distinct sizes: 20 kg and 25 kg bags. We perform thorough quality inspections on the product packaging before each shipment, guaranteeing that the items are meticulously handled and loaded by our professional stevedores.

Sungallon and its subsidiaries have been deeply rooted in the industry of Thermoplastic Elastomers since 1988. Initially serving as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, we expanded into manufacturing compounds in our own facilities by 2005.

Located in Guanlan, our production and administrative headquarters have been pivotal in our success. In 2014, we reported a revenue of 19.8 million US dollars, positioning us as one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

Supporting our sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped lab. Sungallon has set itself a mission to partner with customers in joint developing tailor-made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.

We have achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, with facilities designed to avoid cross-contamination.

We employ third-party testing organizations such as SGS, UL-STR or Intertek to verify our compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 or customer's RSS.

Although we are a Chinese company, we maintain a global perspective and support international customers through our export sales and distributor network.
