Sungallon and its affiliated companies have a long history in the field of Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.

Our production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

We have a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory. Sungallon has set itself a mission to partner with customers in joint developing tailor-made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.

We have obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and fulfill numerous OEM requirements. Our manufacturing strictly follows Restricted Substance Standards with engineered production plants to prevent material cross-contamination.

We employ testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, or Intertek to confirm adherence to standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 or client-specific Regulatory and Safety Standards (RSS).
